The time for Bush hating is almost to an end. Or is it? Over the last six to seven years we have seen countless issues that have been blamed on Bush and his administration. The liberals around the world are getting excited for Jan. 20th, but it can't come soon enough for them. Why? Because the Bush hating will continue without any fault to Obama, or in other words, Obama can do whatever he wishes and as long as people can be guided falsely to believe that Bush is still at fault even though he has vacated the Oval Office. The Obama era will be able to reign freely. But I believe that conservative will have enough soon enough. We have had our tails in between our legs in Congress and most conservatives have not stood up for traditional conservative values. Everyone expects the first 100 days to be a determinant of qualification, but mark my words, after the first year there will be liberals who are very very upset with Obama. He has promised peace and stability to America, which is completely normative and certainly not capable of being defended by his current picks for CIA Director and other cabinet positions.
The Bush hating has gone on for a long time, and if you actually listen to their arguments (just sit there and listen while withholding judgment) you begin to see that Al Franken has missed some great political material for his comedy, because their arguments are just hilarious. Being a college student I have heard for years and years that Dick runs this country and Bush is a giant puppet for the oil corporations. That's just the normal stuff that goes on on a daily basis.
But back to the point. How long will Obama's probation be? How long will America allow the man to do his job while withholding their critiques? I give it a year. Most conservatives give it the first month. But either way Obama is going to have to appease the instant gratification characteristics of liberals.
